Questions
Can I change the prices and the paint colors?
Yes. The rates, the palette, the color schemes and your business details are plain data at the top of app.js. You can also ask the builder, for example "charge $3 a square foot for exteriors".
Where do walkthrough requests go?
By default the form opens the visitor's email app addressed to you, with the estimate and colors filled in. Set a form endpoint in app.js and requests are posted there instead.
Can I use the photos?
Yes. They are CC0 photos from StockSnap and the WordPress Photo Directory. Swap in photos of your own jobs whenever you are ready.
Is the template free?
Copying a template is free with a Puter account, and the copy is yours to keep. Changing it with AI uses your account's free allowance, and when that runs out you can upgrade.
Will changes to the template affect my copy?
No. Your copy is independent from the moment it is made. Updates to the template never touch it, and nothing you change reaches anyone else.
